There are two versions, one for the US and one for the UK (although the UK one is also seen with US dealer stamps on). The one intended for the USA markets has illustrations with white-wall tyres (these look like modified drawings rather than actual tyres), as in the examples for pages 2 and 3 shown below for both versions. Also, page 7 has a speckled green panel background on the UK version but solid colour on the USA one.
