ABS HIGH PRESSURE HOSE

Tom Bennett was put off by the price Jaguar was asking for a replacement high pressure hose for his '88, so he made one.  "As I was doing my brake hoses in Braided Teflon I figured the same stuff would be ok to use for this hose also.  The only problem is the "Banjo", it's a special!  Solution is to cut the banjo end from your old hose and drill and tap it (I used a 3/8" UNF tap, cause that's what I had).  For my car I required a 10mm female fitting and a short 3/8" UNF bulkhead male fitting, then get your hose made up to the length you require."

A bit more about that connector at the bottom left in the picture.  "The part is a "Female bulkhead fitting with a 10mm x 1.0 thread pitch" available off the shelf.  One could apply the same technique as the banjo end if you cannot find this fitting."
